If you’re describing what I think you’re describing, report it to a moderator. PFPs shouldn’t be NSFW.
If there’s no visible genitalia, though, it’s not breaking the site rules; in that case, block the account before anything else happens. You probably don’t want to find out too late that the account was actually an adult artist who wanted to send you creepy DMs.
